a love letter to the city that never sleeps
warm greeting peaceful night easy access excellent choice
The staff greeted me warmly and assisted with luggage upon arrival. i found the room quite quiet . the location proved ideal , providing easy access to shows and dining. i must also mention the hotel restaurants. They offered excellent choices.
the air conditioning seemed slightly off , taking longer than expected to adjust to my preferred temperature.

the hotel enjoys proximity to many tourist spots , and several subway stations are easily accessible. this convenient situation allowed me to quickly reach different parts of town .

A Decent Stay at a Convenient Location
convenient location super comfy bed friendly team limited variety night noise small bathroom
The location made it easy to walk to many attractions. I found the bed to be super comfy. The team was friendly, which I appreciated.
The breakfast offered very limited variety . I also found the noise at night to be a bit much. The bathroom looked old and quite small.

Solid Stay Close to Theaters
working lifts modern bathroom quality towels quiet room
The hotel offered many lifts so waits were short. I had blackout blinds that worked very well and my room was relatively quiet. The bathroom was compact and modern. I found an ample supply of good quality towels.
I noticed that the digital check-in had a few glitches so I had to ask for help at the front desk.

The room was nice and cool during the summer season. It included nice perks for hotel guests. Cleanliness was a priority as well.

great location go breakfast dark room banging pipes
The location are GREAT. i loved i am near many restaurant, and Times Square WAS super close. The grab and go breakfast was fine FOR me.
my room was SO dark, it was hard for me to see. Pipes were Banging all the time near my bathroom, it kept me awake.

solid stay near BROADWAY
great location friendly staff grab breakfast
The location was amazing near everything. Staff was friendly, that is a plus. I liked the grab and go breakfast option. It helped me start my day quickly before exploring.
The room felt small, it was hard to move around with my luggage. i could hear noises from other rooms often. This was not good.

adequate stay near times square
convenient location useful breakfast clean room small room missing robes insecure windows
the location i found very convenient. i had easy access to many attractions. the grab and go breakfast option was very useful. the rooms were clean, so i appreciated that.
i expected more space. there were no robes available. the windows did not close completely, this resulted in noise and cold.

noisy air conditioning rusty bath
the air conditioning unit was noisy. it made sleeping difficult. the bathroom was also disappointing with rust in the bath. i do not think the bedroom was soundproofed. i could hear generators constantly going, very annoying.
